Keep it straight
Your phone’s camera may have trouble scanning the code if it is tilted at an angle. Make sure that it is level with the surface that the code is printed on.
Keep your distance
Ensure that you are not holding your phone too close or too far from the Enchanted Key. We recommend holding you phone approximately one foot from the code and slowly moving forward to get a clear connection.
Check the lighting
Ensure that you are not covering the code with a shadow as this may result in it being too dark for your camera to recognise.
