To order your welcome gift, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app.
You will be prompted to fill in various details when ordering. You will not be able to place your order until you have entered all of the relevant details.
If the confirm button remains un-clickable after you have completed all relevant fields, check that there are no unsupported characters (special characters or numbers) or too few letters and that you have selected your country from the drop-down field.
