If you are not seeing the in-game items you have unlocked in Hogwarts Legacy in your Portrait Maker, please navigate to this link and follow the purple banner at the bottom of the page to resync your unlocked items.
If you did not link your Harry Potter Fan Club account to your WB Games account before starting game play and you would like to retroactively claim your items linked to previous achievements, please note that we will be releasing this syncing option after launch.
